  To establish a maintenance program and schedule that will optimize all tax-free donations for extended care of Teague Cemetery.  Though The Cemetery has infrequently been cleared in the past, no maintenance program has ever been set up to keep it in acceptable condition. 

 To collect monies to establish a working fund for maintenance of The Cemetery. Any residual monies not required to initially fund the maintenance program will be placed in a high yield, interest bearing account where the interest generated by said account will be used to provide monies for the maintenance fund’s implementation of an annual program of maintenance of the cemetery.
